Figure I might as well update here about this, since some of you guys who watch me might be interested in it.

I've recently been published in a dinosaur book by Dougal Dixon titled Face to Face: Dinosaurs. They had contacted me over a year ago about publishing one of my drawings, but eventually stopped replying to my emails so I figured the whole thing had fallen through. But around a week ago I thought to email them again, and saw on Amazon that the book had finally been published, and sure enough my picture was in it.

Needless to say, I was pretty excited! This is my first paying publication ever, and my first time being published in an actual book in general. Here it is as it appears in the book:

This is definitely making me reconsider the idea of pursuing an actual career as an illustrator.

(I do think it's somewhat too bad that the picture they decided to use was one of the oldest and most crappily rushed one in my gallery, but beggars can't be choosers.)
